Final meeting was organized in Matera, Italy by Studio Risorse and iInformatica on 12-13/07/2012.

Venue of the meeting: Via Della Scienza, 24.

During the meeting an overview : Intellectual Outputs final version was done as well as feedback from ME collected. Besides the AHE – coordinator, together with all partners, done: general recognition about project activities, deadlines and final report, evaluation of project impact, project evaluation and monitoring activities as well as discussed – financial aspects/ budgets: Multiplier events, timesheets, Gantt, expenses, reports, documents requested by National Agency for the Final Report. Partnership discussed also the conduct of the final conference, which was to take place in the afternoon of July 12th, where all other partners will attend and have short speeches about the implementation of the Digital VET project in their countries. After that partnership organized working groups on new ideas and proposals for next Erasmus+ Call. In the end evaluation and closing process of the meeting was proceeded together with certificates handing out.
